GOLF COURSE AND SPA

A community development on 143 hectares in the south of France between Cannes and Saint Tropez comprising 62 000m2 of several residential types including hotel, condominiums and individual homes. It contains one of Frances top golf courses and one of the region’s premier spas. The 5th phase of residential development is currently underway with each unit presold. It was the largest resort development authorized and built in the south of France during the 1990’s. Guy Perry served as project manager master - planner and president of the golf course from 1992-1995.
