Guy Perry has not been actively involved with IN-VI since April 2014 having taken on subsequent professional posts in Hong Kong, Mumbai and Dubai.

Guy Perry will be presenting on the topic of Planning and Design for Health and Sustainability at the Jubail City Planning Conference in Saudi Arabia February 11th and 12th.

Guy Perry was a guest of the International Festival of Good Projects WrocLOVE Design 2013 that took place in Wroclaw on the 11th of MAY 2013. The event enables a dialogue between the participants of the design process: the authors and the recipients, the designers and the producers, the customers and the products, the functionality and the art.

Guy Perry was chair of the jury during ISOCARP Shantou urban extension competition in China. Presented results were announced on the 19th of October.

On the 21st of October Guy Perry had given a lecture at the University of Hong Kong to share his expertise with the students.

On the 9th of April (Tuesday) at 13.15 in the Wilanów Palace, Guy Perry will speak at the conference: “Przestrzeń publiczna Warszawy – punkty widzenia” organized by the Warsaw Institute Fundation. His topic: “Future-proofing Warsaw: Environment, Health, Democracy” will focus on planning issues in and for Warsaw and prospects for the city during upcoming decades. Guy will also participate in a discussion panel at: 14:45 – 16:10.

During the upcoming weekend Guy Perry, IN-VI’s president, will visit Wroclaw and have a speech during the International Festival of Good Projects WrocLOVE Design 2013. The event enables a dialogue between the participants of the design process: the authors and the recipients, the designers and the producers, the customers and the products, the functionality and the art.

On the 6th of June, at 12.00, Guy Perry will have a lecture “Human Health and Urban Design” at the Sustainable Space Summit Congress 2013 at the Liechtenstein University.
The Summit is part of the successful Liechtenstein Congress series, which has been held at the University of Liechtenstein since 2008.

IN-VI President is a panelist at the upcoming conference that will take place in Warsaw on the 6th and 7th of November.The panel compares various recently developed urban areas of Warsaw, and other cities internationally, to assess the way urban form from different development patterns impact the likelihood of obesity in those areas. Following successful cooperation between IN-VI and NBBJ New York for the execution of the Bloomberg Office in Warsaw last year, yet a new Bloomberg office space has just been delivered.

IN-VI’s president will take part in tomorrows Breakfast Roundtable on Strategies for Successful Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) in the Sustainable Electricity Sector that takes place in Warsaw at the occasion of COP19.

The roundtable participants including Guy Perry will share their views on the importance of PPPs in fostering access to reliable, affordable and cleaner electricity in the world, and on the necessity to assist governments and the private sector, as well as the investors, in the development of energy plans based on PPPs.

The event in Warsaw will serve as an occasion to launch a high-level conference program on "Strengthening PPPs for Sustainable Electricity and Energy Efficiency" that will be deployed across the world. This program is a collaboration between the Global Sustainable Electricity Partnership (GSEP), an international organization composed of the world's major electricity utilities, and UNECE and its International PPP Center of Excellence. It's being deployed in support of the UN Secretary-General Sustainable Energy for All initiative.

The project is being part of a larger area - Barra dos Coqueiros. The Mayor speaks about the local market conditions, IN-VI, Brisa de Atalaia - and also about another residential resort – Maikai – in which creation IN-VI was also involved. In case of Maikai IN-VI is the author of the master plan.
