PARK AND PASEO

A 1,5 km garden paseo created in the dry river bed of a growing Mediterranean resort Town. The project links the traditional town with modern developments. The projects also connect a number of events along the paseo including a public plaza, a large outdoor theatre and a bull ring. This public sector intervention created a substantial value increase for all surrounding real estate by transforming the image and quality of life in that part of the city. Guy Perry made an section studies and drawings through the site.
