Office Building, Belgrade, Serbia

REBIRTH OF A LANDMARK AS THE HEART OF NEW BELGRADE

A complete reconstruction of the tallest building in the Balkans after NATO bombing in 1999. The reconstruction is considered by many to be representing the re-birth of Serbia. The building was reclad and internally reworked with energy efficiency optimization as a priority with IN-Vi partners firm VEA. The building was made taller to create a more elegant profile on the new Belgrade skyline and host semi - public events and symbolically gives this structure back to the people of Belgrade. The building was fully let after reconstruction and maintains the highest rents in the city.
