CONCEPT DESIGN

The re-design of an existing building permit for the tallest building in Ukraine. The 37 floor tower incorporates a 4/5 star hotel above offices. The offices plans anticipate many small office units, common in transition markets, but may also be used in an open plan format. The tower sits atop a base services, retail and parking.
