Washington Tower Warsaw, Poland RESIDENTIAL BUILDING
A residential tower marking the edge of the Saska Kepa district of Warsaw, and providing a visual anchor to the east side of the Vistula along the Aleje Jerozolimskie - Washington axis through the city. Corner units had double high living spaces while south facing units had horizontal louvers to protect from the sun and framing views to the horizon, not the immediate neighborhood below. The parking employed a fully robotic system to insure the appropriate capacity. |
