COMMUNITY WITH A COMPLETE PROGRAM OF LOCAL SERVICES

A new district on the edge of the city of Poznań. The basis for the structure of the building layout is a greenhouse system - an echo of the earlier land use as a horticultural farm. The heart of the community is a central square with a market, shops and services through which a tramway will pass on the way to the center of the city. Live / work loft units surround the square. Between the buildings of the north-south avenue are designed smaller, intimate squares - each with the possibility to connect to services such as a garden cafe. The promenade is also designed to hold regular fairs and exhibitions. The estate offers various types of housing for clients represent a broad range of lifestyles. 5000 residents will inhabit the community. The estate was designed as an open, urban structure has been achieved through a clear distinction between public space, semiprivate and private areas.
