A new district on the edge of the city of Poznań. The basis for the structure of the building layout is a greenhouse system - an echo of the earlier land use as a horticultural farm. The heart of the community is a central square with a market, shops and services through which a tramway will pass on the way to the center of the city. Live / work loft units surround the square.
