A new district as part of Dubai land, intended to be Dubai`s largest tourism and leisure complex. Based on an organic concept with a coral-like pattern leading to a semi-enclosed retail and business district. A series of solar capturing towers would receive energy reflected from each built structure. The project was halted along with the adjacent Tiger Woods Dubai Project. |
