Vratislavia Promenades Wroclaw, Poland THE NEW DISTRICT OF WROCLAW LOCATED IN INDUSTRIAL AREAS IN THE CITY CENTER
The largest urban regeneration project in Wroclaw. A 360 000m2 mixed use development on 15 ha brown field that will create a contemporary district to complement the existing historic center of the city. A series of cultural and sporting venues compliment a significant retail offer on the ground level of the project. Upper floors include offices, hotels and a new generation of loft-residential apartments. Vratislavia Promenades also serves to revitalize the waterfront of the Odor with promenades. It is also a social challenge, which aims to create a balanced, self-sufficient community, which is an integral part of the city. |
