CULTURAL, ART AND MUSEUM COMPLEX

The largest art gallery in central Europe, created within a former Arsenal complex in the heart of historic Kiev. Guy Perry organized a team of worldwide experts in 2004 to consider the preservation and programming of the abandoned building. Cultural experts came from UNESCO, The Smithsonian Institution, as well as in engineering and preservation. Grażyna Kulczyk also participated in the brainstorming event as a patron of Central European Artists.
