COMMUNITY ACTIONS

A series of 10 community actions (so far) to improve the public and semi - public spaces of the Miasteczko Wilanów community. IN-VI has initiated and organized the participation of residents to plant hundreds of trees, thousands of bushes and flowers, cut ,weed, clean canals and remove illegal signage, install urban furniture. IN-VI and the residents were nominated for the good citizen award of “Stołek”, not only for the positive physical and social impact, but for the ensuing administrative changes to the local government which initially formally opposed the actions. The current administration in the Wilanów District supports the ongoing community improvement actions.

Guy Perry has initiated and IN-VI organized and coordinated the above mentioned actions that have begun to be undertaken by the community residents themselves.
