Warsaw, Poland

A LIVE/WORK UNIT DEVELOPMENT IN THE MIDST OF A RAPIDLY CHANGING INDUSTRIAL AND OFFICES DISTRICT

A frame structure built on the edge of the most rapidly changing industrial and office district of Warsaw. The north and west sides of the block have two-level units with triple-glazed windows, nearly six meters high, overlooking Warsaw. The building celebrates the industrial heritage of the site while making an strong optimistic statement regarding the mixed use future of the area. Qbik celebrates the new lifestyle of a generation of dynamic young, well educated and ambitious Poles. It is a place to live and/or work which represents a major step toward sustainabilism in this commuter oriented city. The project contains: 186 Loft double level units, 168 single level units, shops, restaurants and a fitness club. The building sits atop 517 parking spaces and storage for unit owners.
