Gardenville Residences Single family residental estate, Konstancin, Poland CONCEPT AND BUILD-PERMIT DESIGN
A residential enclave along Warsaw´s southern border. Elegant homes with generous gardens and terraces afford views of the Warsaw escarpment. The neighborhood also incorporates innovative twinned houses. The entry forecourt of the project will provide services and amenities within walking distance for the residents. There is a particular emphasis on high standard of finishes and energy-efficient equipment of the building (elevations finished in brick, wood, glass and metal, the roof covered with ceramic tiles) (heating system based on heat pumps, mechanical ventilation with heat recovery). |
