Qbik Lofts Warsaw, Poland INTERIOR DESIGN
A building comprised of 50% double high “loft” units and the remainder single level units. The building sits on a top conveniences and a two level parking structure. The building plan encourages live work utilization of the units. Part of the internal courtyard is surrounded by cafes while the rest is tranquil garden. Even before completion the building has been used by television morning and style shows on a regular basis. Units have been purchased by many well known creative personalities. Windows are triple glazed throughout the building and afford the most spectacular views of Warsaw. The simple interior treatment reflects the industrial heritage of the area. |
