The creation of the premier leisure port and mega-yacht servicing facility in the Adriatic surrounded by residential, leisure and commercial activities to create a year-round community. Part of a larger study for the entire Boka Kotorska region which included redevelopment of areas adjacent to historic town of Kotor as well as a golf resort near the Tivat airport.
