MASTERPLAN

The Aqua Tethys project is a unique carbon neutral spa and aqua park development that will re-define leisure in Central Europe. Set atop an 80 km2 22 million year old lake, the project incorporates the historical character of the site as a core element of the resort experience. The project anticipates the creation of a 14 hectare lake and a canyon hot-spring concept. 27 holes of golf will ensure that much of the site remains green. The project incorporates an onsite railway station.
