Laboratories and offices for the National Research Institute of the Air Quality located at the Wrocław Strachowice Airport.

This facility also contains a weather balloon which will serve as a changing graphic reminder of the air quality in real time. At night the building itself will change colors to reflect that off the balloon.

The building will target a LEED Platinum rating.
