IN-VI, Coqueiros and MW Group have recently presented the Brisa de Atalaia project at MIPIM 2011 – the most important annual international real estate fair. The project located in the North East of Brazil drew attention from a remarkable array of MIPIM participants.

The 93 hectare costal community Brisa de Atalaia is located only seven minutes from Aracaju - the capital of the state of Sergipe. The community was not only represented by its international team but also was supported by investors, whose fortunes are managed and administered by the Swiss Multi-Family Office of Swiss Capital Wealth Management AG in Zurich. Brisa de Atalaia will offer residential product primarily for the local and Brazilian markets. The project will be interesting for international clientele drawn by the exceptional ocean view villas set along the 1.2 kilometer of beach. In addition to apartment buildings, row houses and public plaza there will be a school, sports venues, a hotel and a hospital operated by the well-known German physician, Dr. Müller-Wohlfahrt (mw-oc.com).
